Individuals who seek to participate by volunteering and/or attending the MBK task force meetings can complete volunteer registration through an agency.

Any non-profit, public or private entity can join MBK. Individuals can join as a representative of an organization, program or initiative within an agency. The network and task force is open to anyone. An individual who is not an associated with an organization can still participate as a volunteer, mentor, task force member or committee member. Therefore, registering for an account is also only available to representatives.
